Return of Non-Personalised Items
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any non-personalised product for a full refund within 14-days of receipt.

Returned goods must be unused, complete as originally packaged and shipped, with all manufacturers' tags attached. The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and recommend you use a signed-for recorded delivery service from a recognised courier company.

For orders of high value we recommend you check the level of compensation paid by the courier in the case of goods being lost or damaged.

Return of Personalised Items
We regret we cannot refund or exchange personalised items unless goods are materially defective.

If goods are materially defective please notify our customer services department within 48 hours of reciept on Tel: 01202 690004. We will either arrange a collection at our cost or request that goods are retuned and the cost will be reimbursed with the refund.

Material defects are defined as goods that are damaged or do not perform in the way they were intended to be used.

In the case of materially defective goods your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We recommend all customers are aware of the following conditions that DO NOT constitute a material defect.

• The size of a product from one manufacturer being different to the equivalent product size from another manufacturer.
• The size and position of a requested sponsor logo being rejected by a regional FA.
• The name of a sponsor's logo being rejected by a regional FA.
• The colour of a garment being rejected by a regional FA. (Some regional FA's will not allow black or navy kits to be used).
• The misspelling of a sponsor's logo, football club name, players name or personal ID when the personalisation is spelt as ordered.

When Can I Expect A Refund?
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving your goods.

We will send you an Email confirming that your goods have been received, inspected and that a refund will be made.

Please note that some Credit/Debit card companies can take several more days to update your account with funds after we have instructed them to do so.

What If I Have Lost My Delivery Note or Receipt?
Unfortunately we cannot process a refund without a Delivery Note or Receipt as this is a valid proof of purchase.

Multi-buy/Bundles
If you return an item(s) as part of a multi-buy bundle, we will refund the average cost of the unit item(s) and NOT the separate individual single selling price.
