What Are My Delivery Costs & Options?

What Are Your Delivery Lead Times?

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, this includes all single items such as shorts, socks, footballs & baselayers.

Special order items such as personalised football team kits can usually be despatched within 7-14 working days of order. If a personalised order cannot be fulfilled within 14 days we will notify you as soon as possible.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?
An automated Email will be sent when you place your order acknowledging receipt of your payment and order number. A second automated Email will be sent on the day your goods are dispatched.

Can My Order Be Sent To An Address That Is Different To My Billing Address?
You can have your order sent to any mainland UK address, regardless of billing address. You manage this at the checkout stage. If you have registered an account and added your options you can simply select alternative delivery addresses in our Xpress checkout with a single click of a mouse.

Do You Deliver To All Parts Of The UK?
We deliver to all areas of mainland UK including highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland using our STANDARD SERVICE. Courier deliveries to certain postcodes may cost considerably more.

Do I Need To Sign On Delivery?
All deliveries will require a signature. If there is nobody at the delivery address, the parcel may be left with a neighbour who can sign and a card will be left telling you where the parcel has been delivered. Please note that some couriers will only leave a card asking you to contact them for an alternative delivery time and as policy differs between the companies we use we cannot guarantee which option customers will be left with.

Do You Deliver On Saturdays?
Delivery can only be arranged on Saturdays by contacting our customer support team straight after you have placed your order. Your order must be placed using a standard delivery and we will then upgrade this manually over the telephone. Please note that Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge.

What If My Delivery Fails To Arrive?
You will receive an automated Email on the day your goods are despatched. If you have not received your parcel during the maximum delivery time indicated please contact our customer services department using the Contact Us page.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery will ensure your goods arrive within 4-days of despatch. Smaller items (Up to 1.5 kg) sent by Royal Mail cost £3.85 and larger parcels (Over 1.5kg) sent by a courier cost £6.95.

Next Day Delivery
Goods will be delivered within 24-hours of despatch.

Stock items will be despatched on the same day providing your order is placed by 2:00 pm.

We strive to ensure that non-stock or special order items will be ready for despatch within 14 days although we cannot be responsible for delays caused by actions beyond our control
